Several Mobile Programs were conducted by the National Secretariat for Persons with Disabilities from 19^th to 25^th March 2012  in Thimbirigasaya, Hikkaduwa (Seenigama) and Negombo (Katunayaka). A total number of   1593  spectacles were distributed among  the  beneficiaries.
